This approved Salaries and Allowances of Judicial Official Holders in Nigeria as the remuneration package is contained in the Act of 2008 of Salaries and Allowances of Certain Political, Public and Judicial Office Holders which is legally binding on respective officers and was recommended by the Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC). The Economic Confidential magazine gathered that any salary or allowance outside the recommended package is unconstitutional, illegal as accounting officers of such organisations should be held accountable.
