With N651.1bn, Lagos Recorded 72 Percent of Southwest IGR in 2022 – NBS

Lagos State has once again dominated the IGR rankings in the southwest zone of the country with a whopping N651.1 billion.
This is according to the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) latest report on State by State IGR Performance in 2022.

The report revealed that Ogun State came distant second, generating N120.6 billion, while Oyo State came third with N62.2 billion, Ondo with N32.6bn, followed by Osun with 24.6bn and Ekiti with N17bn.
This put the total IGR generated by the zone at 908.3 billion naira for the year 2022.
