Saudi Arabia's Minister of Health, Mr. Fahd Al-Jalajel, has announced the successful execution of health management efforts during the 2024 Hajj season. 

The Saudi Arabia Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced the arrival of approximately 1.2 million pilgrims from around the world.

The National Hajj Commission (NAHCON) has airlifted no less than 10,675 Nigerian pilgrims to Saudi Arabia for the 2024 Hajj exercise. 

Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the governor of of Lagos State, is urging intending pilgrims to avoid money laundering as they embark on the spiritual exercise. 

Five states; Kogi, Kebbi, Jigawa, Bauchi and Kano states, have subsidised Hajj fares for 10,260 intending pilgrims for the 2024 exercise, with a combined sum of N9,120,997,990 billion.
