The Economic Confidential provides here the table of the distribution of N143.6bn from Foreign Excess Crude savings account being difference between the budgeted & actual receipts of revenue which was shared to the three tiers of government in December, 2011. This is different from the disbursement of N783bn from the Federation in the same month. The highest recipients of the Excess Crude Account are from the oil producing states with Akwa Ibom receiving N6.8bn, Rivers N6.2bn, Delta N5.8bn, and Bayelsa N4.5bn. Federal Government received N65bn.
The lowest recipients as revealed in the table below are Gombe N1.2bn, Nasarawa N1.1bn, Ebonyi N1.1bn and Ekiti N1.2bn. Please check Facts and Figures of this magazine to see the other allocations from the Federation Account in the same month.
