Ghana President Mr. Akufo-Addo, in a remark said “Africa must wean itself from the west in order to gain the respect it deserves”. I bet he got a clap – often what they expect when appearing in such summit or UN General Assembly.

But the irony, while Africa wishes to “WEAN ITSELF”, there’s zero WILL to act upon the wish.

It’s simply a child’s play that 50 or so Africa Pupil Presidents will gather in a venue to say things that they can better convey sending their Ambassadors or Foreign Ministers. Why the “Pupils and Principal” gathering when the Principal listens to the complains/grievances, promising to look into the matter. BS.

The only thing the west understands, is ‘Force of Will and unreasonable demands’, to assert one’s position.

Africans have not learnt how to affirm their unreasonable demands and stick to it.

They subscribe to the notion – the meek or mild shall inherit the earth – a proven recipe for doormat position.

To appease Ghana, IMF using the Summit timing approved $3B loan for Ghana.

Here President Akufo talks about WEANING but glad to accept $3B loan.

Speaking of deceitful conduct.

Alternatively and more profound, why not ask each Ghanaian to pony up $91, in order to shun IMF loan. Pay back Ghanaians interests and principal, which is how wealth is created.

One cannot be free or wean themselves until they are BRAVE.

Africans simply are not BRAVE reason everyone lays claims on them.

Don’t forget who holds your DEBT controls your destiny and wellbeing.

Maybe I don’t understand what WEANING means. On that note excuse me. But guess what, I know better.
