Invest In Africa For What They Need Not What One Thinks They Should Need
As an economic development practitioner, a Museum is NOT a score in the index of human needs.
Africa does not need a Bible museum but sense of self for self determination in order to assert herself on the global stage.
What would be the economic impact of a museum in a country where many are struggling to make ends meet – pray to Jesus and expect manna.
Africa does not need HELP in religion and Bible but in concrete collateral projects to elevate and enhance living standards.
A museum does not feature as major economic boost when income for many can hardly sustain a family.
Take a trip to Africa and see for yourself. The last thing on the mind of a struggling family is a museum.
You don’t have to accept my opinions, but a museum will fail because it does not address the 3 basic needs of a people.
Go to Togo to see the biggest church outside of Vatican – yet poverty looms.
Am amazed some white Americans want to help Africa but blacks that have been living with them for centuries are overlooked.
Let charity begin from home.
Take few black kids and poor whites and help them out not far away Africans.
What am I missing?
