Gombe State Gov Signs N107bn Revised Budget

Gombe State Governor Inuwa Yahaya on Monday signed into law N107,609,308,593.48 revised budget from an initial N130.8B that was signed in 2019.

Yahaya stated that the budget christened budget of change will be implemented 100 per cent.

He said the revision became imperative owing to the dwindling price in oil price and the coronavirus pandemic.

Yahaya explained that the economy of the state was tied to Nigeria’s dependence on oil which had seen its values drop significantly.
