
Season Promo: Fidelity Bank Dishes out Millions, Mouth-watering Prizes Season
19 million naira. Six sets of 32 inches television. Again, six generator sets. And then six refrigerators, were the mind-blowing cash and mouth-watering consolation prizes dished out to some lucky customers of Fidelity Bank Plc.
This was at the 2nd monthly and 1st bi-monthly draw of the ‘Get Alert in Millions Savings Promo Season 4’.
The lucky winners, who carted away the amazing prizes, are among the teeming customers operating different types of savings account with the Bank.
The promo, was held at the commercial bank’s Regional Office in Abuja, on Thursday, and attracted top management staff of Fidelity, customers and journalists.
About 500,000 customers of the Bank, spread across the six geo-political zones of the country are expected to benefit and be rewarded before the promo ends.
The 13 lucky customers of the Bank who became millionaires during the electronic draw include Mr. Osaji Ofili Thomas, Mrs. Uzomaka Morine Udeagbala, Mrs. Igbriwi Celestina Isioma, Mr. Imadojemu Better, Mr. Ishola Olawale Abdulgafar, Mr. Oni Daniel Abiodun, Mr. Anuli Suzie Okoro, Mr. Gwari Ishaya Daniel, and Mr. Jude Chibuike Ezeoke, who all won one million naira each.
The duo of Mrs. Sandra Igwenene and Mrs. Chika Perpetua Maduike, were the lucky winners in the two million naira draw category.
While Mr. Celestine Emeka Ojubo and Mr. Junior Ebuka Ajala each won three million.
In his opening remark, Mr. Nnamdi Okonkwo, Managing Director of the Bank, said aside the 13 lucky customers who became ‘overnight and sudden’ millionaires, 18 other persons each won consolation prizes of TV, generators and refrigerators.
“It is also worthy of note that by the end of today’s draw, we would have given out a total of 34 million in cash and 36 consolation prizes from the beginning of the Promo.
“We expect more winners to emerge at subsequent draws, as we have a total of 86 millions that will be doled out before the end of the GAIM Season 4 activity,” he added.
Okonkwo, who was represented by Mr. Mannir Ringim, the Regional Bank Head, North-West, disclosed that what they have practically done over the years as a bank is to buy into the National Financial Inclusion Strategy of the Federal Government (FG).
Ringim, who maintained that their Promo is the beginning of good things to come, explained that Fidelity Bank has identified with the initiatives put forward by FG to improve access to banking services and financial inclusion, across the country.
