CAC to Adjust Service Fees from August 1
The Corporate Affairs Commission has announced that with effect from August 1, 2025, it will review fees for certain services it is offering to the general public.
The commission disclosed this in a public notice published on Tuesday, citing economic realities and operational costs.
“The commission wishes to inform the general public, esteemed customers, and all stakeholders that, in the continued efforts to improve its service quality and delivery, it has become necessary to review certain service fees effective the 1st day of August, 2025.
“This decision follows the careful consideration of prevailing economic realities, rising operational costs, as well as engagement of critical Stakeholders ahead of implementation.
“The review of fees is crucial to ensuring that the commission continues to provide prompt, efficient, and technology-driven services that meet the expectations of its stakeholders for the benefit of the Nigerian economy,” the statement said.
The commission assured the general public that the review is modest, competitive, and aligns with its efforts to enhance service delivery through digitalized operations and to maintain the integrity of the Nigerian corporate registry.
