Beloxxi, 71 Other Coys Sponsor IATF2023 for Africa’s Economic Growth
Beloxxi, makers of high-quality biscuits in Nigeria, Africa and across the world, has joined the African Export-Import Bank (AFREXIMBank) and 70 other sponsors in supporting the Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF2023).
The IATF2023 event is a unique platform for businesses, trade and investment promotion and for organisations, policymakers, and development partners to showcase the diversity of trade and investment opportunities across the continent.
The Fair, which was held in Cairo, Egypt, attracted visitors from across Africa and beyond, and showcased the best of African businesses and other Nigerian multinationals as well as industrial conglomerates.
Afreximbank, in collaboration with the African Union Commission (AUC) and the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) Secretariat released a compressive list of 71 sponsors of the third Intra-African Trade Fair.
According to report, the Fair is positioned as the premier platform for business exchanges in Africa, drawing on the broad range of programmes and initiatives being implemented by Afreximbank to facilitate intra-African trade and on the promise of the AfCFTA to revolutionise trade, reshape markets across Africa, boost output in the manufacturing and service sectors and fundamentally transform Africa’s economic structure.
Speaking at the event, Prof. Benedict Oramah, President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Afreximbank, said: “This Intra-African Trade Fair will open the African market to African businesses and will enable us to create investment opportunities and regional value chains beyond anything we have imagined. We are grateful to our sponsors for supporting us in achieving this objective.”
The list of IATF2023 sponsors includes four companies in the IATF Official Premier Partner category, two IATF Trade and Investment Partners, one IATF Country Day Partner, and 38 IATF Official Partners, among others.

The event had in attendance, Beloxxi’s founder and CEO, Obi Mark Ezeude, former President, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso, and other business moguls in Africa.
The programme which started on the 9th of November ended on 15th of November, 2023.
