MAAUN Founder Prof. Gwarzo Donates 60-seater Luxurious Buses to Varsity, Polytechnic
The President of MAAUN Group of Universities, Professor Adamu Abubakar Gwarzo, has donated 60-seater luxurious buses to the Federal University Dutsimma, Katsina State, and Federal Polytechnic Kabo in Kano State.
He said the vehicles would facilitate movement of staff and students of the two federal institutions.
The philanthropist announced the donation on Wednesday when he paid a solidarity visit to the Rector of the polytechnic, Prof. Magaji Sanusi.
Professor Magaji served as the acting President of Maryam Abacha American University of Nigeria, Kano.
About four days earlier during the convocation of Federal University Dutsimma in Katsina state, Professor Gwarzo also donated a 60-seater luxurious bus to the university to ease students and staff logistics.
Professor Gwarzo, had earlier donated another luxurious bus to Al-Istiqama University in Sumaila, Kano State.

In Kabo, the MAAUN universities founder congratulated Professor Magaji for his appointment as pioneer Rector of the Polytechnic.
“It’s a memorable day for us because one of us is appointed Rector of this institution. I congratulate the staff because he’s a resourceful person that will build this institution,” he said.
Professor Gwarzo charged the management staff of the institution to give Prof. Magaji the needed support and cooperation to enable him to bring the much needed development to the new Polytechnic so as to compete with other sister institutions across the country.
