This is clearly evident from organising e-learning platforms for the acquisition of a wide range of tech skills to creating and solidifying excellent relationships with exemplary tech industries both in the country and outside. All of this is done to create an enabling environment where teaming and productive Nigeria citizens can develop, adopt and derive value from digital technology.
Describing the influence of NITDA to upscaling youths productivity is like to imagine of having a garden where you want to grow some really special plants. Thus, NITDA is like your good friend who gives you the perfect soil, enough water, and plenty of sunlight to ensure your plants grow well.

The heart-suiting statement came from the Director General of NITDA himself, Kashifu Inuwa Abdullahi, during the Innovate Nigeria 2024 Conference & Expo held in Lagos, where he outlined key initiatives undertaken by the Nigerian government to contribute to AI research, including direct investment in research and development, establishment of collaborative ecosystems, formulation of policies and regulations, fostering international collaboration, and supporting education and workforce development.
