A former student leader of the Faculty of Social Sciences, ABU Zaria, Haruspice obtained his bachelor’s degree in mass communication, Masters in international affairs and Diplomacy from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria and certificate in Business and Leadership Development from the Lehigh University, Pennsylvania, USA.
