Identify Politics based on ethnicity, one’s geography of birth/origin and religion will continue to distract Nigerians from their wishful desires without will to be a formidable nation.
Add to that, is the Politics of Personalities not Policies to enhance Governance – Nigeria will keep going deeper into dismissal existence.
Why presidential ticket should have a different set of expectations beats me because in 36 states, they are either all Muslims or Christian as Governor and Deputy. Putting a lipstick on a pig does not make it a show horse.
Nigerians dress up but nowhere to go.
All that matters to them is dress up but never address core issues that are important to let the lousy Giant of Africa become credible.
Even if Jesus and or Mohammed, is President, Nigerians disposed to infighting will make sure they are not successful.
The labels Nigerians put on themselves is reason emphasis is on quantity not QUALITY.
No matter who emerges in 2023 presidential “S/election”, it is very likely anything other than the usual will still be the norm.
ATIKU-OBI-TINUBU none is going to be miracle worker but more like Mirage.
Weep Not for Nigeria because her situation appears irredeemable.
Ironically, a Redeemed Pastor as in current Vice President Osinbajo, could not Redeem his boss nor himself in the APC primaries.
Another proof religion is opium for the poor at heart and Nigerians love that OPIUM.
Separation of Church and State – don’t tell them that. Religion is a temporary escape from daily agonizing situations that befalls Nigerians 24/7/365 – look for divine intervention while ignoring human intervention.
