NNPC, Shell, Total Generate N21bn To Fight COVID-19

The Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation in collaboration with Shell Petroleum Development Company and Total Petroleum Company have said they generated $30m since the beginning of COVID-19, amounting to N21bn to help fight COVID-19 in the country.

The Director and General Manager Business and Government Relations, Shell Petroleum Development Company Nigeria limited, Mr Barshir Bello, disclosed this on Thursday in Lafia, while donating equipment to Nasarawa government for installation of Nasarawa infectious diseases and research and development centers in the state.

He said, “We are here in Nasarawa State as part of our industry wider effort to support government and the people of the state on how we can response to curtail the COVID-19 pandemic.”
