Sharma is New KEDCO Acting Chief Operating Officer
…as KEDCO harps on Effective Service Delivery
The MD/CEO of KEDCO, Dr. Jamilu Isyaku Gwamna has approved the appointment of Mr Harish Sharma as the acting Chief Operating Officer of KEDCO, replacing Mr. Raul Singh.
Consequently, Mr Raul Singh, the immediate past Chief Operating Officer is being reassigned to a new position as Technical Adviser. The directive is with immediate effect just as the handing over is ongoing.
Following the appointment, all operational issues have now been restructured to meet the new best global services with a view to serving better our numerous customers.
Gwamna said: “the essence of this appointment is to prioritize, plan and reshuffle the organization to ensure we become more productively minded for a better service delivery package for our numerous customers in Kano, Katsina and Jigawa States. The overall essence is to see that customers get value in terms of the service we promised them.
The MD further added: “ I charge all staff to give them the necessary supports in their respective new locations in the interest of the company to ensure that we have a united team to give more value to our customers in all our franchise areas.
“Our secret over the years has always been the fact that we have always operated as a team. No organisation anywhere in the world can succeed without internal harmony so our believe is that when all is well at home you stand better to serve others.
”You can’t achieve much if you operate individually because synergy has its place in the scene of whatever achievements’, the MD added.
