Abuja Trade Fair: Dangote Holds Special Day Oct 4

The Dangote Group of Industries, is to hold its Special Day on the 4th October, 2018 at the on-going Abuja International Trade Fair, along Lugbe Airport road of the  FCT, Abuja from 9am to 11am prompt.

A statement signed by the Group Chief Corporate Communications Officer, Mr. Anthony Chiejina, said important dignitaries are expected to grace the Special Day of Dangote Industries, also co-sponsor of the fair.

“We have important personalities, government officials and some foreign missions as well as distributors and Customers coming to the event.

“The occasion offers opportunity for them to discuss and network, while viewing the products on display.

The Dangote Cement is also showcasing its new product, Blocmaster cement at the fair.

Launched recently in Kano, the Dangote Blocmaster is a Port land limestone cement which offers solution to building collapse in Nigeria.

President of the Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry, ACCI, Prince Adetokunbo Kayode, SAN, had said at opening of the fair that while Government had responsibility towards development and growth of SMEs in Nigeria, the organized private sector and state governments have significant roles to play in their sustainability.

“Another issue of concern to the Chamber is the funding mechanism for the Small and Medium Enterprises, SMEs”.

Kayode urged government to consider a special funding mechanism to enhance their activities in the Country.
